The new machines are fun and the table games have great staff. Spoke to many regulars who rave about the new menu in the buffet. I can't wait to try that one evening. Excellent time had by all. I highly recommend.

With the start of the transformation to Hard Rock we have noticed many improvements, including new slot machines, new gaming tables and new bars. The food and atmosphere have both improved. Can't wait for the full transformation

Haven't been there for a very long time, and as for entertainment value, I give watching horse racing a ten on ten. Betting is simple and the staff very helpful in explaining the many ways of betting on horses. A very enjoyable evening was had!

On Tuesday, July 30/19, I was invited to attend the
winners reward dinner. I did so as I have attended this dinner before. The only difference was that it was held in the restaurant and because it was also 2 for 1 Tuesday, my friend and I had to wait a long time to get in. We did finally after standing in line for almost an hour.

When we went to get our food most of the serving dishes were empty and we had to wait for plates to be brought out. The food was excellent as always but it was far too crowded to to be able to get near the serving tables. Some people believe that they cannot sit down until they have emptied all of the food from the pans. However we held tight and managed to eat our fill.

Our waitress was extremely pleasant and did the best she could. I asked her for a spoon for my soup as there were none at the station where the soup was being served. I finally drank my soup out of my bowl. The old fashioned.

All through our dinner I had to listen to the lady who sat behind us complain about the service, the tables not being cleaned, food missing when she went to get it etc. It took all of my strength not to turn around and give her the facts, but I did not. Your people at the main desk did not think it would be a good idea if i smacked her.

I enjoy attending these functions as I do not win big enough to do so very often.. I am just wondering why this function was not held in the back area as it has been before.
