Best cheese pies in the south end! Fast service and great prices.

If I’m in the area and feeling like a Lebanese pie this would be my top pick for the south end of Ottawa. It would be nice if they offered Akawi cheese - but they don’t. They have a large eat in section and their staff is overall pretty friendly, although some of the baker guys don’t look like they’ve smiled since 1984.

The fatyr is really good and is a real favourite of ours. I have never had a problem with the food or the service. I don’t care much for the atmosphere or look of the dining area but that’s just my personal preference, I can’t say there is anything wrong with it other than it’s not my style. Lots of coupons and good delivery along with the food keep me coming back

My favourite place to go for cheese and meat pies. Their hours are long, the food is amazing, and the seating always has tons of room. I’d recommend trying this place out (I haven’t tried the shawarmas so I can’t speak on behalf of them).

I've eaten here sporadically over the years. Definitely one of the better places in the city. They serve generous portions. They've often given me extra with no charge. The food quality is pretty consistent. They have a mini bakery at the entrance where they make pitas, Za'atar bread and quick sandwiches.
