Friendly staff aswell as efficient service, one of my favourite location to go to. Located in Gloucester Centre (right off the Blair bus station) which is convenient.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! They are diligent, attentive and friendly. The food is always good (for subway) but the service makes the experience magnificent.

I've been to this location multiple times, I used to love it there but now the quality of the service and food has gone down.

I went this past Friday, the two staff making my food were quite slow, waited while they talked to even get served, I was the only one in line. The woman at the cash however was doing an amazing job however when more people showed up as well. Only reason I'm giving this a 3 and not 2. Now the quality of the food, a lot of the veggies looked dried out like they'd been made the previous day or had been left out for a long period of time. The tomatoes really looked like they were going bad and the bacon was under cooked and extremely stringy.
