Thai Express

Very friendly staff and very clean location! Food was really fresh. Impressed :) Best location in Ottawa I would say

Had pad thai and mini tom yum noodle. Generous portions, very nicely cooked. Thai express franchise seems to be hit and miss for me, but this location is solid. Highly recommend.

Great food. We are always treated very well by the personable, friendly cashier. It's a busy place, but somehow she remembers what we like to order...good on her!

Without a doubt the best thai express in Ottawa! great customer service. Quick on making the food, even in a rush. And always offered a complimentary spring roll when i order.

This was our first time to this location of Thai Express.
I would give them 5 stars on customer service and friendliness, note that there was one person ahead of us one behind us and we had a pretty large order of 7 meals coming to over $80.
Given the size of the order, it did not that long to receive our food.
It looked like they were doing renovations at the time as the side walls had exposed plywood.
I give the food a high 3 or low 4. We have been to number of other Thai Express locations and the food here was meh, not as good and tasty as others.
The friendly cashier offered us some treats as our order was so large, unfortunately I feel it was the left overs for the day as the quality of the food was below par (dumplings, wings, spring rolls and the deep fried bananas). It was still nice if her to offer.

As always, portion size was perfect as we all got a meal and a half out of it.
