Great local watering hole that was renovated after the hole that was "Johnny Canucks". Renovated, updated, different atmosphere. Lots of fun events go on there regularly (trivia night, comedy shows, euchre, etc). stop in for a drink and catch an activity or watch some sports with the friendly customers and staff

The beer list is pretty scant.. The prices seem to be a dollar or two higher than similar pubs. The burger was "OK". I'm not sure but may have been frozen prior to cooking? It had a bit of that rubbery texture you get from boxed hamburger patties. Portion was OK.. The place has potential. That being said, I hope they read some of these reviews and adjust accordingly. They're not to far of the mark, but due to the competition in the Ottawa pub market, they need something besides nightly specials to set them apart. Food quality goes a long way.

Stopped in for a quick pint and a mid-afternoon bite. Given the location and the previous establishment in said real estate, I can honestly say my expectations were not that high. That being said, the service was prompt and friendly, the beer was crisp and cold and the fettuccine alfredo with chicken was very good. Chicken to pasta ratio was almost even and the chicken was tender and well seasoned.

Great local spot. Very pleased with all of the changes made since the previous owner left. Food is excellent and the place is well managed with great staff. They have turned into a great local spot that is worth the drive from outside of Barrhaven. Yuk Yuks every Saturday Night...How Cool.
