The Works Gourmet Burger Bistro

Best burger joint in Ottawa hands down. The list of burger combinations and possibilities is unparalleled to this place, because it's borderline infinite. The food is always cooked to perfection too, I've never had a bad experience with their food (unless it's the following day after having eaten their spiciest burgers). Jokes aside, the décor is extremely well thought out, and the staff are always very welcoming and knowledgeable. The prices aren't bad, and the dining room is always clean. I definitely give this place a 5/5.

Looks like prices have gone up, but that's normal I guess. The Tom Green was awesome. My son, a picky eater, LOVED the plain junior kids burger. Daughter LOVED the plain chicken w lettuce and mayo. friendly staff with my children

Loved my burger and appreciated the suggestion from the waitress. Great atmosphere. 4/5 because the fries were sub-par. Everything else was excellent.

Placed a takeout order yesterday. The person assisting me on the phone proceeded to ask me about my side (even though I wanted a topping to be removed from my burger). He said he had to follow a specific order. When I got my burger, the topping that I had asked to be removed was still there and there was also no sauce on the burger.

I enjoyed the Hamburger Mary and my son had the beyond meat burger. It's a good deal for the lunch choices with a smaller burger patty. You can get free refills on your fries if you have room for more.
