    It's a Wendy's so I mean food was good/ as you'd expect I'm sure. Service was polite and fast. Made an error on my order but they were courteous and fixed it really quickly, without issue.

    Hands down the best Wendy’s in Ottawa.
    Great hot fresh food just like Dave Thomas made it himself along with friendly staff who work hard to make this location my absolute favourite in Ottawa.

    Nice place, nice staff. I worked a job for a week and went for lunch here several times.

    Always service with a smile, even if its fast food. It can get stressful during busy hours of the day, yet the staff managed to stay cool and positive. An older gentleman, who I believe is the manager was very friendly, had great communication, and was working just as hard as the employees. Keep up the good work Wendy's team.
