(September 14, 2019, 1:10 am)Put a phone order in that wasn't ready after an hour of waiting. The staff was very apologetic, and threw in some free desert! This place was extremely busy tonight, and the staff handled all of the mishaps (debit machine being down) camly and professionally. I usually get upset at the long wait. But I've never had a bad meal from Tillsonburg Taco Bell

(July 4, 2019, 3:06 am)Jacob the "manager" is a jerk. He has no customer service skills and couldn't even look up at us when we ordered. The food is fine, the order was done pretty quickly, but he totally put us off the whole thing.
If anyone else had served us it would have been great. Maybe look into keeping him away from the front? His gossiping also is annoying from the few times we've been in as well. Would love to just get my food instead of hearing him talk about employees behind their backs.
