“The veggie burger was definitely one of the best I've had (I dont like imitation meat) This was a LEGIT veggie burger. The fries weren't very good. I like my fries crisp. They were very thick and soft. Almost not cooked enough. Service was friendly and excellent. There was also a guy singing and playing guitar. Perfect for a Sunday afternoon as it was not too loud and we could still hold a conversation. All around good standard restaurant for a nice view of the marina. Would for sure go back :)”

“Get the burger; probably one of the best I've ever had! And we eat out a lot. I love it with just a skiff of mayo. The burger is so good in my opinion that's all it needs, and I am a sauce person. I always get it accompanied with fries and gravy on the side and a mega mugs of one of the brews on tap. The good food accompanied with a friendly, efficient and good looking wait staff always makes a watering hole that I like to frequent on a lazy afternoon. “A great breakfast experience. Wonderful staff and food, good variety on the menu. Only takeaway is depending on when you go in, you may spot a few outward racists. Saw a customer come in wearing a "scalp them all" hat, and as an Indigenous woman it doesn't really make you feel safe in the store when nothing is said about it. Still a wonderful place that I love to get breakfast at.”

“The service was very efficient and friendly. The division between tables allowed for privacy which was nice. I had the Dolsot Bibimbap which was delicious. The presentation was also nice. The other person had sushi which was also great. The rolls were flavourful and very fresh. The pineapple candy at the counter are worth a try. Take a look at the blue books in the front vestibule. They are guest books that are a nice touch. Totally recommend this place.”

“Food is good but I was not impressed with how I was treated this afternoon when I went for a late lunch. The staff were being so unprofessional by goofing off, teasing each other, yelling back and forth and singing loudly. Made for an unpleasant experience eating there. The older cashier was especially obnoxious, unprofessional, unfriendly and messed up my order on top of it. When I brought her error to her attention she didn't apologize and complained about having to fix it. And surprisingly, it seemed like she was the one in charge of the rest of the staff. The restaurant and washrooms were clean and tidy which was nice in a fast food place and the Christmas carols were a nice touch. Just need more knowledgable, responsible and professional staff to make it a more enjoyable experience for customers.”

I could ask for condiments on the side as well, that couldn't hurt. Tons of topping choices, bread options and heating methods available. Frankly, I've gained a new appreciation for Subway's food options ever since they quit cutting that pie sized chunk out of top of the bun. One of my offside pet peeves I suppose, it kept me from choosing them vs other sub shop choices. Now, I rest well at night knowing they cut sub buns accurately, lol.”
