Bloomfield Public House

A group of us enjoyed a fine dinner. The food was superb and our server was exceptionally good; she handled several complicated requests cheerfully and was the key factor in making the meal a memorable occasion. Thank you.

Great atmosphere. Coffee was excellent. Our main course was fish cakes. They were good but a little salty.

Staff was very friendly.

We liked the ultra chill vibe. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Good selection of local beer and cider too. The restaurant doesn’t have a children’s menu, however in the absence of this my daughter was offered children’s pasta and a berry iced tea. Quoting my 5 year old “the pasta was so good, I couldn’t stop eating it” and on the berry iced tea “this is fancy juice”. Bloomfield Public House is worth visiting !!

Bloomfield PH makes good coffee for your AM start. The price for coffee is average.

Reservations are a must for table dining in the afternoon.

The food was flavorful and presentable. I had the cast iron steak with oyster mushroom on a bed of cook barley wheat. It was good, real good. I added an accompaniment of zucchini and bread to my meal. It was a good decision, since the main plate wouldn't have been a full meal. Nonetheless, all very good.

Fine high dining in a small popular prince edward county town.

Only remark is that the price was a bit high for the portions that they offered.

I'd go again, but maybe for their lunch menu portion/prices.

You need to make this a stop if you're in Prince Edward County!!! The menu is very unique and all the dishes have multiple flavors that compliment each other so well! We had the pasta, steak and roasted zucchini! Enjoyed these on the patio and it was the best meal we've had on our four day PEC visit! (and yes we did go to all the places recommended like drake and midtown to name some) Anyways shout out to the chefs! Thanks for the amazing food!
