Love this old stone cottage. It’s like sitting on Laura Ingall’s hearth stone on Little House on the Prairie. Food as cozy as the place .

Absolutely fantastic food, best meal I've had in a long time. Everything we had from the bruschetta, to the short ribs, to dessert. Only thing I wish was a bit better was the speed of serving, the main entrees came quite slow, but it was well worth it. Will be coming back!!

Great food! We had the trio of dips and the cheese plate. Everything was local or made in house and was fantastic. The apple chutney was incredible. So much flavour in simple dishes showcases the skills in the kitchen. Local great tasting beers on tap from the brewery just down the hill. We stopped by there after lunch to bring some home. Highly recommend this place. Less than a 5 minute drive from the ferry. The restaurant is in an historic house with lots if character and is very open and inviting, and there is a patio. Staff was friendly and would stop to talk and joke with us. A great experience and we will be back.

Had dinner here this week. Our waiter Ryan was great, well informed and friendly. We had the braised short ribs - excellent! Carrot cake to die for. If I had any suggestions it would be the patio ambiance. Although it is lovely, some flower baskets and candles on the tables would improve the overall feel.

Been going for years here. Good food, wonderful patio and great friendly service. It can be busy at peak times but you can reserve. Most of the beer they serve they brew themselves. There is also another patio across the road, with an even better view but very limited menu ... charcuterie etc.
