The Rolling Acres

I recently had my wedding at the Rolling Acres in Bowmanville October 2019. The day of my wedding the venue looked beautiful. Diane and her staff were so accommodating to myself and all my guests. Diane was always there by my side in making sure all ran smoothly from beginning to the end of the evening. Food and desserts were wonderful big portions of everything. Thank you Diane for all your help in making my wedding day a great one. You and your staff were wonderful. If anyone is looking for a outdoor wedding and a venue, call Diane at the Rolling Acres. Our daughter had her wedding on August 15, 2019 at Rolling Acres in Bowmanville. One of her favourite spot for pictures was by the beautiful pond surrounded by a forest of trees. Another was in the gazebo, overlooking the pond. We have many beautiful memories captured here.

The owner of the property, Diane, created a wonderfully romantic setting inside the restaurant for our guests. The food was exceptional and I only heard rave reviews. I had the prime rib and it was delicious!

Diane and her staff graciously accommodated our many requests from the early planning stage for the event and during the reception. She created a menu for all tastes including vegan, vegetarian and halal. Our thanks and great appreciation to Diane for helping us to make this day such a great and wonderful celebration. My daughter had such a wonderful time she wanted me to give Rolling Acres 10 stars!

This is an amazing rustic venue. It holds about 100 people, or at least that was the wedding size that we attended. Beautiful property with a beautiful gazebo for the wedding. There was a 3 piece band right beside the gazebo playing beautiful instrumentals as the bride was brought to the gazebo in a golf cart. After the wedding we returned to the main building. The food the was served was absolutely delicious! The whole evening was magical! The owner/ manager of Rolling Acres was outstanding as were all of her staff. A beautiful venue for a wedding....I highly recommend it!

We had our wedding there, 50 people. Lovely area for wedding with huge pond and Gazebo by water. Lots of flowers, a waterfall, grounds kept very well, restaurant beautifully decorated, food was great (Diane cooks it herself)and she made every effort to please. The DJ she suggested was excellent. Everyone commented on the delicious food, the lovely decor and the terrific environment. We couldn't have asked for more!
