East Side Mario's Oshawa

Went in for dinner today, and received not only delicious food, but outstanding service as well! Ordered two chicken parmigianas and a build your own pasta for those at our table. We were all very pleased and will be back again. Thank you East Sides!

The Keg was a 2 hour wait so we decided to go to East Side Mario's on Gibb St and so glad we did. No where have I ever had faster friendlier service. Our waitress, Shannon made us feel so welcome. My daughters were saying it was like being at their favorite Aunts house. Will definitely go again soon. Thanks Shannon, know you are appreciated. ????

Manager Nirmalan was our server and he was extremely courteous and accommodating. Thin crust pizza was amazing. We came here reluctantly due to bad publicity we'd heard about, over an incident where police were called when a customer refused to pay for their lunch. Apparently that server no longer works here and the manager has been trying to re-establish confidence in his restaurant...which he managed to do today with us! Great experience, we'll be back for sure!

Amy Z was the best waitress that our group has ever had. She had that sense of urgency that many don't have and she always ensured our drinks were full and our expectations were met. A member of our group even found a hair in their food and Amy handled it very professionally to ensure our satisfaction was met/exceeded. I would come back based on the exceptional customer service from Amy alone!

Usually not a fan of East Sides, but the service and meal tonight changed my mind! Thanks especially to Jen for a pleasant dining experience! Prompt, efficient, and personable! And the food was tasty and hot! Whatever you've changed, keep doin' it!
