Wendy's

Wendy's restaurant and Tim Hortons are located inside one building. Both services provide for easy access to their respective counters. The building space is large and provides adequate seating. Both are completely accessible and provide a drive thru service. Both businesses are quite busy and provide an adequate number of staff to meet the demand for service. . Staff are very personable and professional. The building, both inside and out is very clean. There is plenty of parking. This building is part of a large area of box stores and other restaurants.

My family likes to go there. We had enjoyed our visit. the place is clean and modern and service was great.

This location is a combination Wendy's and Tim Hortons. And I just found out there is a free senior coffee available at Wendy's. It is very clean here, including the washrooms, and the staff is friendly. Also I like that the menu boards stay on one screen here and don't switch every few seconds like some other places do. This is a this is a large Plaza with a lot of other stores and restaurants connected to the same parking areas, but it is constructed with a lot of signs and curbs to make roadways and prevent drivers from speeding through the area.

This was a tuff pick between 3 and 4 stars. The food was great but the order taker had a very hard time. I ordered a double with fries and a drink. She forgot to ask so guessed it was eat in so had to correct that I need it to go. She gave me the price $10 and change. I first gave a 20 but added 1 to get a 10 and change back. She punches in 11, she did realize her mistake but no clue what to do next. Calls a worker over, they are both trying to figure this out with no success, I politely jump in to explain I gave 21 to get a ten and change, I even go through the trouble of doing the basic math in my head and provide the correct amount I should get back. As they stood there with no clue what to do I provided the explanation as I showed them the calculation on my phone calculator. Finally got my change. They put my burger in the bag as soon it was ready but kept getting distracted and kept missing the fries being packaged up. Finally got my meal and enjoyed it.
