“Recently had the pleasure of trying this hidden gem. This pizzeria has one of the best pizzas in the city, their ingredients are fresh and thus serve to enhance the taste. The crust is soft but not too soft to take away from authenticity of how a pizza is supposed to be. Their blend of cheese is simply amazing! The folk who run the place are courteous and accommodating, they were able to do little customizations for me, very pleasant service indeed. I’d highly recommend this pizzeria for your pizza cravings, veritably it’s light years better than most of your chain restaurants: worth the price!”

“This place did a little renovation and changed their menu to make it simpler and more authentically Chinese. Now I can only base this review on one dish, General Tao (or is it Tso?) Chicken, and if this is what authentic Chinese food is like, then I don't think it's for me. It wasn't that bad but it wasn't that good either. I think it was better before the renovation. I still have to try their noodle soup before I figure out if the food is really good or not, but because they streamlined the menu, they eliminated Cantonese Chow Mein and that's our family's favourite noodle dish. But there are definitely much better General Tao Chicken dishes at other restaurants, so I'll go to those places instead.”

“First impression, the place is run down and doesn't seem very clean, but apparently that's how pizza places are... we had wings which were decent, but when we were done the wings there was at least half a cup of sauce at the bottom. Kind of a waste. The pizza was good though! It was not greasy or heavy but still filling. The toppings were enough and the dough tasted pretty good. Definitely not life changing but we were happy with it!”

“For a McDonald's it's pretty standard. Probably 5 Star. But if we're being Nit-Picky, Overall it's good. Good on being mostly clean and having the fountain drink counter clean out of the multiple times i go. tables are usually wiped occasionally. where they could improve on is cleanliness with the the washroom and fixing one of the machine ordering displays. the LCD screen or digitizer underneath is broke and needs to be replaced. Overall it is deemed in my opinion: Good”

“One eyed Jack Pub and Grill is a really cool place to grab some excellent food with friends or family. I’ve ordered skip the dishes from here often and the food was always great! I finally got talked into going to the actual place by my daughter. I’m glad she wouldn’t take no for an answer. I had two pounds of wings ( they were half price as long as you order them as separate pounds,no big deal really) I was blown away by the portion and struggled to finish them all had the sea salt and pepper as well as garlic rub they were amazing! Service was fast friendly and attentive. My only regret is not going here sooner. I highly recommend this place. Great food, great service good atmosphere,and really nice decor. The food options are plentiful. There is something for all kinds of tastes. If you like good food lots of options and sports then you need to check this place out! I’m certainly glad I did!”

“I've had both the juices and smoothies here and can honestly say it's one of my favourite places in Oshawa. There's nothing like grabbing something refreshing after a yoga class or popping in when a craving for something tasty (and healthy) hits! The tea selection is amazing, too. They also have yummy snacks like toast and soup, if you're in need of something heavier than a smoothie. I would recommend trying the ginger shot, too, as it completely settles the stomach and boosts your digestive tract!”

“There is something very wrong about the few bad reviews for this place. Either these people are mixing Tehanos up with another restaurant, or they are competitors with an axe to grind. Don't believe them! Excellent food! I can't believe there is not a line up at the door. Try the oxtail or my favourite the BBQ ribs on rice. Everything here is really, really good. Nice job! “My friend and I went in for lunch on our break, and the two guys working were so entertaining and hospitable. I got a burrito bowl and she got a burrito, they gave her different hot sauces to try and also free chocolate milk when the sauces got to hot to handle. They brought our food to our table as well. Great experience and great food as well. Definitely will be returning!”

“I enjoyed the service everyone was very pleasant, the food was good as well and the portion sizes were quite large - The only thing i had an issue with and its not even an issue is that the garlic sauce - Osmows sauce - is tasty but thin whereas i am used to a more creamy garlic sauce that is like a spread. Other than that you guys have a good thing going :)”
