We came here late on a Friday night and there was a big line up in front of us. While it took a bit of time to get to us, I was blown away watching the girl, who was by herself, take and make all the orders. She was fast, accurate, polite and smiled the whole time. I worked in the service industry for over 15 years and I can honestly say that Jaspeet (that's her name) has some of the best customer service skills I have ever seen. AND IT WAS HER FIRST DAY AT THIS LOCATION! The customer in front of us commented on the same thing. Massive kudos to her for keeping her cool while keeping a smile on her face while remembering all the orders and ensuring everyone got precisely what they wanted. And the food was amazing too!

Slow service. Subs are hit or miss. Not that great.

Best subs in Pickering! Great staff fast and efficient. And you food is always prepared correctly to your liking. Always clean in the shop, restrooms always clean and maintained. Parking lot out front is well set up easy access and exit. Yep tell ya people best sub shop in Pickering give it a try.

Subway isn't that good anymore. Quality is subpar compared to other fast food joints and extremely expensive for a loaf of bread with some meat and veggies.
