“Second time I've eaten here. Great service, met the owner, who was a great guy. Best for take out, but there are a few small tables to eat inside. Great wings, awesome flavor, onion rings and fries that had sauces all over them and loved it all. I recommend this place and if you haven't tried it out then you definitely should.”

“Chicago Deli Express has the best food, I have had to eat in the Whitby Ontario area!! Hugh subs, fresh pasta's, Lasagna, Shepherds Pie, and Ice Cream. I have had about every item on the menu, and it is all fantastic.(I can't even pick a favorite) I came from the US, and I had been working in the Whitby Ontario area for about 2 week, and had tried many local restaurants and fast food places, then I found the Chicago Deli Express I have eaten food from there every night for 6 weeks, and also had food catered to the job site I've been working at, for the entire crew of 16 people, everyone agreed the food is great, also the owner Mike is a great guy, and good conversationalist also Mike and his staff, are all friendly people, they make you feel right at home at their place of business. in other word's it's great food and a great experience also!!!”

“Going to be completely honest. I was really looking forward to trying this place but I was disappointed. The chicken was good but the potatoes and rice were so bland, no flavor whatsoever. Maybe it was just on off day for the cook because I don't understand all the 5 star reviews. Either way I would maybe try it one more time and hopefully the potatoes and rice are tasty the next time around. Great prices though!”

“Comparable to a few of the other sushi bars. This one offers a little more variety then the one I usually go to. With that said, the sushi flavors should be offered in sets of 3 and not 6. So, one can taste,experiment without wasting much if they don't like it. That is not an option at this restaurant.”

“Hi there, I just went with my friend and the place was beautiful and really good music. They recently changed their name JMW from Dirty Martini, it was nice to have something local open a Friday night. The place was not busy but I think with the right marketing and radio adds, this would be the nicest place in Durham. Would love to come there again when it’s a little busier! I will be back!”

“Great place for the family. Nice atmosphere. The wait staff are great. The menu has great options. The best food here, though, are the basic favourites. Their chicken fingers are so Good! Have them sauced up or plain...either way, they're gold. Their wings are also a highlight whether just plain salt and pepper or sauced. So many other great things on their menu. My picky kids love the food and I always have a hard time choosing. The wait time to get in can be crazy on weekends so go a little earlier if going for dinner...arriving around 5pm is usually not bad”

“A great place for a low cost steak and fries. The staff are usually friendly, and they seat you quickly. The steaks are always great, but sometimes it's a hit or miss on the corn and fries. Sometimes the corn seems old, and the fries are soggy. They do charge an extra 3% on the bill for some sort of service fee. That being said, if you want a good steak at a low cost. Chuck's is the place to go.”

“We have stopped in for a quick lunch, enjoyed a family dinner and even showed up with a group of 20 to celebrate s birthday. They never disappoint. The waitresses are excellent, as is the bartender. I could only ask that whomever is the hostess, please stay out front to greet guests. There is nothing worse than arriving, and not being greeted or even acknowledged.”
