Kelseys Original Roadhouse

Took over 45mins to get 10 wings and the lemon pepper salmon dish... and one of the 3 waiters that attended to us made us feel like we were dumb and was rushing us. We hadn't ordered wings there before. All restaurants are different. $22 for the salmon dish was not worth it. Just 3oz of salmon with plain veggies and rice is not worth that much. Learnt my lesson if I ever choose to go to Kelsey's again.

When for lunch with my coworkers. The food taste decent but portion was a bit on the small size (not from lunch menu, but just regular menu items).

Good service. Good food. Average overall. I liked their jars of sangria.

Since writing my last review, Kelseys manager at this location contacted me and invited me back. I booked a reservation with my husband and my mother who is severely mentally ill. The staff were welcoming, honest and genuine. The food was excellent, fresh and large servings. My husband really enjoyed the spaghetti and (no meat) balls, they tasted incredible. The customer service was brilliant, our waitress was lovely. They couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating given my mother is in a wheel chair. Thank you for the excellent dining experience with my family. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend coming to the Whitby location.
