This Popeyes location is excellent. It’s rare for me to see an owner care so much for their franchise. I’ve watched him personally man the cash while patiently explaining the menu options to different customers. Food is consistent and they’ve even given me freebies here and there. They’ll have my support!

The store in Whitby, close to Baldwin, is the absolutely BEST. Not only is the store always looking spanking clean, the customer service is beyond anything iv'e experienced from any other fast food restaurant. This I noticed from the TOP, the manager is respectful and ensure that his customers are treated right. I love this location and its the only location I'll visit as long as I am in the Durham area. Wonderful service by all the staff. Especially Mohamed who gave us samples of the sauce and fries and made sure we understood what we were ordering (spice wise) as we had never eaten at Popeyes before. Very clean, good prices, we'll be back. Thanks again for dinner

Bought the tenders platter and had the sweet heat sauce with it and mashed potatoes. It was so good. Tenders were the right heat!???? Spicy!! Mashed potatoes was so yummy! I love the biscuits and fries. Everything was great! I did have to wait a while for them to make more tenders but I didn't care. If you don't like the wait then see if you can call ahead and place your order. It was a 10 min wait.

Needed chicken for my daughter’s birthday party. Manager was great and offered me a good deal. I chose to wait for freshly prepared chicken and I was offered a free drink as I waited. Great service! Chicken was cooked well and everyone enjoyed it. I highly recommend this location ????
