    This is an amazing little spot. I can't remember the last time I had a donair and I saw this place and went in. The staff was super friendly and the food -- a donair-- was awesome. Just AWESOME! This is a hard to find East Coast comfort food that is hard to find in Ontario. The sauce was perfect and the portion was large. A great spot.

    I grew up eating Donair as a teenager - no I didn't live in Hamilton - but there was a little shop in the local mall that my friend and I used to go to 2 or 3 times a week! I loved it. Finding Halifax Original Donair has brought back my teenage years. So good - great friendly staff and delicious Donair. Love this place.

    Wasn’t disappointed at all. Nice staff. Reasonable prices for portion/quality/quick friendly service. Small mom an pop family type shop look and feel, which is nice nowadays.

    One of the best Donairs I have had in a while. Got a medium thinking the small was small but man oh man, the medium was a lot of food but it was so good I couldn't stop eating it. Definitely will be going back again

    Very good food. Our first time there after trying to find it for a few months - first reaction was that it was a bit pricey. However once we got home and saw the food, the meals tasted great and the portions were definitely worth the money. Also, when thinking about it, if you compare the cost to other places that serve similar types of meals, it's actually quite competitive in price.
    We will return when I get the time and the extra money that doesn't have to be spent first on bills.
