Harvey's

This is my favorite fast food restaurant for over 25 yrs. I love it!! ????????????

While the staff is pleasant enough, several mistakes were made with the order. I ran over on my lunch, and placed an order easily. When it came time to receive my order, the staff helping me almost forgot the milkshake I had ordered ON SOMEONE ELSES TRAY. Mildly annoyed but easily solved. I made it back to my work which is next door, only to discover my onion rings had been forgotten. I went back and was ignored for 2 minutes - not even a “hello” or “just a moment” - before another staff member came out and asked if I needed help. I told them that they had been forgotten. They were on the heat tray right behind her. This wasted an additional 5 minutes of my lunch, having to go back. The staff member who grabbed me the onion rings did put in a pie as an apology which was appreciated.

It's nice to have a Harvey's in the area, it's unfortunate that it's found here. The ordering area is just so small that about 7 individuals could stand comfortably without feeling like they are becoming a crowd.

Food is good. Service is good. Unlimited refills for pop.
