Swiss Chalet

Busy Saturday night. Line up in lobby.
Seated quickly. Ordered the festive special.
Everything was good except my favorite Chalet sauce. It was very salty. Have to say, this is the first time the sauce is too salty. Waitress brought gravy as substitute, but it's not the same.
Lemon meringue pie was not thaw out completely. Filling has ice crystals and pie crust was hard.
Service was good. Didn't get the Lindor chocolates.

You can’t go wrong with Swiss Chalet. It’s my husband’s favourite and its good value as well as always consistent. I never eat French Fries except when we go to Swiss Chalet as they really make the best. Never have had a complaint- the food is always great and so is the service. Delicious and quick! It’s our standby when we are out shopping all day or just don’t feel like cooking. Every Swiss Chalet is the same so you can’t go wrong.

The lady at the counter told me and my lady about a Better offer after i had made my order. We took advantage of her kindness by ordering what she suggested. We saved money and the order was prompt and very good

Basic food fare. A few changes over the years; however, formula remains the same. Predictable is comfortable once every blue moon. Exceptional customer service.
