East Side Mario's Niagara Falls

After reading many reviews that swung from great to terrible we decided to take a chance on this restaurant for our first visit. We had an amazing experience. Our server, Vaughn, was the best!! Attentive, personable and kind, as well as great at his job!! Can’t say enough about this young man. The food came timely and was not only tasty but also abundant!! Too bad we didn’t have a fridge in our room as we could have had another meal out of it. The cost was actually comparable to other destination places so no surprises there. An all around fantastic experience for us. We may go back later for dessert and ask for Vaughn again. Thanks from Judi and Mike from Ohio! 10/13/19

The food is good (worth the wait). Our server, Chad he keeps our table well kempt and he is so nice and accommodating. Good vibes :)

We had food at this restaurant twice during our visit to the Niagara Falls. The New York pizza was too sweet for our taste, and the vegetables in the minestrone soup were under cooked. But, their Shrimp Scampi, and garden and caesar salads were good. They serve guests two loafs and butter on the house, which is nice. :) The service is fast!

With seemingly bad ratings, we were a little shaky about getting the food here. We saw the prices and were shocked because they were so expensive, but little did we know the food portions were huge and definitely worth the price! The food is great, such as the salad, pizza, bread and wrap.

The service is amazing too. Our server, Jesse was full of energy and provided us help whenever we needed it. He made jokes, cared about our experience and made us feel important, which is something modern restaurants lack nowadays.

Definitely recommend!
