Corks Wine Bar & Eatery

Great eatery and a popular place for a reason. After the show and a stroll along the main street in Niagara on the Lake (NOTL) we saw the menu outside and it looked good, reasonable prices and we thought we'd take a chance and go in.
It wasn't filled up yet, a pleasant young lady asked us where we wanted to sit, we picked a nice window table and enjoyed the afternoon light coming in.
The food was generous, the fish fresh and by the time we were half way through our meal the room had filled up. We were lucky we came when we did! And this was on a Friday afternoon in October so if you expect to get a table on the weekend get there early.
And if you are lucky you will have Kaitlyn as your server, a smart, lovely person with a great personality.

Best seat in Niagara on the lake if you can sit on the patio and people watch. Good food, good wine, friendly staff. We enjoyed our dining experience very much. Fabulous crab cakes!

Niagara on the lake is a very busy place. The other places we wanted to go to was an hour wait. This place was a shorter wait. We opted to sit at the bar to eat as it was the quickest way to get food. The menu is good with a lot of choices. The food came super fast which was the best thing about this place. The food is good. The price is average for a tourist place. I felt the service could of been better. The girl at the front was friendly but the wait staff were all not the happiest people. I think all of Niagara is like that. Not happy to be serving,tourist all day long. I asked for another wait staff for water as I was not able to find mine. She said you have to ask your server. I guess she felt she didnt want wait on me as my tip would not go to her. They do have a patio at this place which looks like an awesome place to sit and eat.

Nice enough place with great staff but varied food. My veggie wrap and chips was great but his fish and chips not so much- fish was grey so didn't look or taste that good. He enjoyed beer much more!
