“Here for the Niagara Grape and Wine Festival. They served samosas paired with the Estate White. The wine, as always, was amazing but even more amazing was the service. When we arrived, the samosa cooking was down (one of my favorite foods!). Tina arranged for me to take a samosa home to heat later and enjoy. Above and beyond to assure my experience was all it could be. One of our favorite places when we come from the states. Outstanding wine and spirits and thoughtful service.”

“First time visit a couple weeks ago. We stopped at the shop and get some wines before heading to the restaurant, the shop is very nice. I got to try the fix prix four courses for $75, the food was great. The service was nice but kind of little slow for me, well, I understand that they try to make us enjoy our time and experience there but we were hungry. I really like the cheese plate that come with Chicken pate, super yummy. It was a great experience, we enjoy our time, love our food and wines. We’ll be back and next visit we’ll try the lunch!”

“I was pretty blown away at the experience! We came as a group to reunite another experience we shared together. This location was chosen by a Niagara-on-the-Lake friend of ours and it didn’t disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing. I went with a pasta and rice balls on the side, that both myself and my 3 year old happily devoured. The rest of the table shared pizzas and appetizers with several bottles of wine. The grounds were beautiful and the facilities are 5 ⭐️ all the way.”

“Put it this way, if i could give this restaurant a 6 star rating i would. We take a 2 hour drive out of our way every 2 week just to go and eat at this restaurant and every time we are out in the area we come eat here, it is simply amazing. i absolutely love the very modern and dimmed theme that this restaurant has. The food is amazing especially the cactus chips that are served as a complimentary snack. The pricing in my opinion is very fair based on the high quality and quantity food you receive, the waitress and waiters are always so lovely and friendly. and the live music is always amazing to have at the end of the week. i Simply just wish there was an option for a 1/4 order of nachos as the half is still amazing but so large of a portion. Nonetheless an amazing experience all round and i highly recommend to come and spend time at this restaurant.”

“This was a delightful experience. Definitely qualifying as fine dining, the restaurant has bright natural lighting with clean lines and lovely decor. The throne chairs were definitely a conversation point. Dinner started with an unexpected amuse bouche, provided by the staff. Followed by fresh bread with 3 different dips. The staff was very diligent in adhering to our party, some of whom had severe nut allergies. Everything was clearly pointed out to make sure there were no accidental issues. Our entrées were quite large and the deserts were delicious. Everything was spaced out evenly so we didn't feel rushed at all. My only sour note is that our server didn't seem too happy with us. She was a little abrupt with us. All in all, I think I'd return if I was staying at the hotel.”

“Delicious but expensive. I love beavertails so much! The classic is perfection. It's really the only one I usually get. Cinnamon and sugar. So basic yet so mouthwateringly fantastic. Every single time I go to the outlet collections I will visit here and grab a tail. My daughter likes the one with Reese's pieces. Honestly if you don't like rich overly sugary desserts go for the classic, and if you want decadence , try the others. Expect to pay $6-$12 per beaver tail. The size is very very small for what you pay. So one star removed for price and portion size.”

“Amazing! I have been to a number of colleges that have culinary programs but Benchmark beats them all. Delicious food, beautifully plated, fantastic wine list, and their cider is made on site and is a flavourful, dry, cider. We went for my Mom's 90th birthday and our waitstaff were so welcoming and made her feel very special. The dessert menu was incredible. Benchmark is fantastic and I highly recommend it!”

“My family comes here often (and for a while now) and we love this place. The food is great, the servers are very kind, and the owner is quite personable. This happened a while ago, but I just wanted to say thank you to the servers who helped us out this one time: As usual we came in for our Sunday breakfast when a customer began cussing us out and threw racial slurs towards my family - especially to my mom and dad. The servers were VERY quick to respond; they ushered the man out and came to talk to us afterwards to see if we were fine. The other customers around were also helpful as well and made sure we felt comfortable after the fact. Thank you for helping us out ????”

“Mixed experience. The bad : We are 30 and over, and went there after reserving by phone to day before. We only had one option: 8:45 PM. At 10:30, an « army haircut manager lookalike » told us that we had to go. He even called our cab to make sure we were going away. The second we paid, we needed to go. As people who worked in restaurants before, it was rude to treat is like that - we spent over 800$ As a groups for less than 2h. The Good : Ask for Alejandro. He might be the best sevrer we ever had. He was knowledgeable, nice and genuine. He made us feel special. The Good part 2: Awesome vegan food. The Good part 3 : Food was simply amazing. We ordered everything (kind of) in the menu : drinks, starters, tapas, entrees, desserts, shots... it was delicious. Props to the staff. Place is awesome, but someone has to check his ego at the door. Cheers !”

“My boyfriend and I are in town for a vacation and randomly chosen Twisted Vine and was SO happy. The food was amazing. My boyfriend had the soup with the rigatoni special and I had the prosciutto red pepper panini. I don't know what they did with those red peppers but the flavour was amazing. If you're in the area I highly recommend! The staff were so happy and bubbly, very helpful for local traffic tips :)”
