Treadwell Cuisine

Very much enjoyed our lunch for two. We were walk-ins on a Thursday afternoon at 130pm... we were welcomed warmly. The salmon was excellent.

Decent food and nice atmosphere for a weekend lunch with family. Food is good but super salty (I love salt, but wow). The Gnocchi and the Fries that come with some dishes were good but salty. Pork belly in the Eggs Benedict was good according to my husband. Service was good. There are only 1 bathroom on main floor and 2 downstairs. Wood flooring is very slippery so be careful.

Have dined at a lot of places, and this was definitely among the best food I’ve ever had in my life. Just dropped in and sat at the kitchen counter, and the flavour in the burger I ordered was next level.

Wait staff was extremely polite, attentive, and friendly.

The location was elegant and well decorated, with a fancy yet comfortable vibe that was not snobby at all.

Overall, highly recommend that anyone stopping in the Niagara region should make a point to visit Treadwell.

Great restaurant right in the midst of busy Niagara-on-the-Lake. One of the best parts is the patio. Because it is situated beside the restaurant instead of by the sidewalk, you can enjoy your meal without hordes of people walking by. We went for lunch and shared an heirloom tomato salad before our main meal. It was a perfect amount of food and didn’t leave me overfull. Pictures below is mackerel with a poached egg on potato salad. All the food is locally sourced and quite delicious.

We were lucky enough to get the best table in the house and get the side two counter seats. Upon our seating we got to see nearly every dish plated right in front of us, which made it very easy to make our dinner selections. Everything was fresh, bursting with flavor, and made to perfection. The staff were all amazing and attentive to every single detail. Thank you all so much!
