The owner is amazing, it seems like he's always there and improving the restaurant continuously. He's a dedicated family man but realizes how important it is to bond with his customers and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome ! There's daily specials on the menu as well as beer specials. They have a great selection of whiskey which is very important to me . I always enjoy the view of the lake and refreshing breeze on the patio. ????????”

“Absolutely amazing. Aside from the excellent food and service, the owners are incredibly sweet! My husband spilled his wine glass and they not only cleaned it up, but replaced it with a full glass of wine and offered to even make new food (not needed but they nearly insisted). Unbelievably sweet and a lovely experience. Highly recommend!”

“This place is hit and miss. Sometimes their pizza is really good. Other times it is like oil went bad or something. Like a plastic taste. I only order pepperoni and cheese. Not much to go wrong. “So Archies's Sub and Eatery have been on my list of "must try" for a bit now. I finally checked that box. This shop is known for their fantastic subs, however, the menu has much to choose from. On this visit, I ordered a salami sub. With the meat piled high and toppings many; wear you fat pants if your ordering a 12" sub, Archie's is bang for your buck and, with quality. My mum took on the torpedo challenge... 12 inches of 6 meats! Tapping out halfway through with a brow-line of meat sweats, "WOW" was all she could say. Archie's is iconic in Port Colburn, found under a yellow submarine on the main street. This place is a must try!”

“Fantastic pizza cooked the way it should be. We were out of town and my wife and I were looking for place to eat. After reading the reviews and being in the mood for pizza, this place does not disappoint. Service was excellent and the place clean. Washrooms too. The pizza is neapolitan style; it has those leopard spots underneath and the dough is crunchy at first but chewy too. The antipasto for two was simple but a nice way to have before a pizza. Recommended.”

“Good restaurant for breakfast. Service is quick and accurate, although they are not very personable about it. You won't wait long for a table as food comes out quickly and turnover is really fast. Portions are well worth the cost (witch is very reasonable) and the ingredients are good quality. The restaurant is cash only, but they do have an ATM.”
