I had an incident with a cessar salad yesterday, I called in and a nice lady ( Judy If I am not spelling her name wrong) hear me out and solved the complaint in the most professional and friendly way... best costumer service

I enjoy this place the staff us always friendly and kind they. I've been at some locations where staff have gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I appreciate service like that. Usually these chains do a good job keeping the store clean and inviting. Nothing bad to say keep up the good work you can always tell when staff are trained properly and its recognized.

I would have given a 5 star rating but too many inconsistencies changed my rate. Example: drive thru means you shouldn't have to pull over for a hash brown.
I've been drinking the same coffee combo for years yet the only time i get what i asked for is when the regular crew is working and know how i like it. It shouldn't be so hard to put in 3 creams. I just don't understand why when i pay 2.40 for a coffee and it's never good. Thanks to them i don't like coffee anymore!!
