Ordered 2 signature wrap meals, one with large fries and one with medium. Both fries are cold. We returned it they gladly replace them but not with a newly cooked fries, just warm! Not good. We let it go. To the manager here, please make sure fries are served hot, don't stock cooked fries on top of the counter! Not good!

I enjoy this place the staff us always friendly and kind they. I've been at some locations where staff have gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I appreciate service like that. Usually these chains do a good job keeping the store clean and inviting. Nothing bad to say keep up the good work you can always tell when staff are trained properly and its recognized.

Needs improvements. The speed is so slow, they definitely need more workers at the back or kitchen or whatever you call it. Need more workers for sure to prepare the food. Cashier is fast but lineup was around 10-15 moving slow like a turtle

Food was hot and good, so no complaints. But please make it more fast

Also outside need more shades, this is Canada guys, always rain or snow or sun is so hot.

Also I need a masseuse to rub my feet while eating so I feel good

We need also a Jacuzzi and a bathtub

Staff are friendly and the quality of food is great, but the actual service time is terrible. I never order more than a fry or a couple drinks through the drive thru here and I get asked to pull up to one of their waiting spots every time where I continue to sit there for at least 5 minutes. Once I waited 5 minutes in line for two coffees and then continued to wait 10 more minutes in their parked spot, only to get one wrong coffee and a hair on the other. When I called the store to complain, there was barely an apology or explanation as to why I waited so long for an incorrect and kind of gross order.

Service in the store is usually fine though
