I would come here more often if it wasn’t 15 minutes away. You ask for cream cheese on your bagel and they slap it on thick, thick enough for it to fall all over the place while you are eating it, but you don’t care. why? Because it’s that delicious.

This place is the real deal

Fantastic fresh made bagels! The bagels here are incredible and made fresh in the brick oven. The selection of different cream cheeses is great too. I ordered the everything bagel with dill-pesto cream cheese. I've been frequenting the bagel house for a few years and have never been disappointed by the quality, quantity and price. They also offer different sandwich options using their bagels as a base. From Montreal smoked meat to lox to BLT, along with some pastries and latkas. Highly recommend this place if you want a traditional bagel made fresh!

Having travelled to Montreal eight times so far this year, I’ve definitely become a bagel fanatic. During my walk through Port Credit I stumbled upon this beauty! I ordered a sesame bagel with BLT, let me tell you ... it was so delicious I forgot to even take a picture! I recommend this place to all my fellow carbaholics!

Nice Montreal wood oven-style bagels. The shop is a small deli along the Port Credit walkway with newspaper clippings of their notoriety. They sell a variety of kosher jams, one brand from Israel and one Canadian. Like most delis, there is a glassfront of the meats and various spreads and all the types of bagels they offer. I got the Hungarian salami sandwich on a whole wheat bagel and a Turkey club on an everything bagel. Both were excellent. Really liked the everything bagel, very flavourful with the onions. Loved the bagels and would definitely return. My only complaint would be that when I arrived, I think the staff had just finished cleaning, so the entire place reeked of Mr.Clean - not the most appetizing smell.

Best bagels in the city at these chains. Traditional, wood fired bagels. Caraway, everything, onion garlic...so many delicious ones to choose from. Large selection on cream cheeses, toppings and other pastries as well. Only downside is mother Parker's coffee...not that great - though not something that would ever deter me from going there.
