Bubble Republic Tea House

I've gone to this place for bubble tea quite a few times. I find that its generally pretty good, especially their chiller-style drinks.

One fault that I've experienced in the past has been undercooked tapioca in the drinks, but it's been a while since I've experienced any of that. Also, wait time for drinks can be a little bit longer than say, a chatime, but it's not too egregious.

All in all, solid bubble tea. Not my go-to, but it's pretty good.

I was recommended to try one of their most popular drinks - the mango black tea. It was so refreshing and smooth! I've heard a lot of good things about this place and I look forward to my next visit :)

This might seem a place that only sells bubble tea, but don't let it fool you. Their taiwanese food is amazing! I ordered the fried spiced chicken on rice, and I was amazed by how tender and crispy the chicken is. The spice that is used on the chicken makes the taste even richer and more succulent. I wished this dish uses tea-style hard-boiled egg rather than a typical fried egg. Although the food is superb, the restaurant feels so hot and stuffy, which reduce my overall experience here.
