    I'm a regular. I enjoy this location because the service is always friendly, fast and easy going. The food prep area is always clean. The bread is fresh. The vegetables and meats are always fresh and organized. They are generous when making your subs. I really appreciate that they remember my sub of preference. I definitely recommend.

    Like that american subw*y chain, only the food tastes good! I go to this place all the time, the staff is friendly and helpful. You'll get exactly what you expect: a tasty traditional sub made by a Canadian company and a franchise that has been at this location for at least 3 decades.

    The Mr. Sub at Clarkson and Lakeshore was fantastic. Nice guy who helped us last night for our late night craving.

    Great customer service at this location. The large seafood sub tasted great and would definitely come back again!
