The Food District

Absolutely LOVE this concept! Artisan style shops with a unique selection of high quality, european inspired goods. The market itself is trendy looking and complete eye candy. I know its supposed to resemble a street market but wish it more spacious! Ambiance not so good on a busy day. Noise level was similar to that in the food court. Struggled to find seating. We decided to try the cafe Brod but there were only a few tables and all were taken. Nowhere else to sit, not even outside the market. Had to stand and wait. Next seating area was far off to the centre of the market, with limited seating and fully occupied. Our coffees were cold by the time we were able to sit. Otherwise, this district is a total gem! Cities NEED more market style places like this outside the downtown areas.

Unique food court but for some reason it all just seems a bit "forced"...

The SquareOne Food District has all sorts of neat food, snacks, desserts all in one place. It's way more high end than a regular mall food court, cuz of the vareity of shops that's included in the Food District. Many of the shops inside offer bite size samples to try, like Hattendo, Uncle Tetsu Cheese cake pop-up.

What a great concept with all these little shops! cheese, oilve oil, seafood, dessert, coffee, bubble tea....etc very impress! It's a must to check it out

Wow, wow ???? wow ???? was the perfect ???? place to eat! You can pick from lots of choices and every little shop was unique. So much creativity in every detail. Finally found a unique place in Canada ???????? to eat good. There was live music ???? a great atmosphere. We had hummus (you can see in the pictures) it was very good. If you are at the mall please come and visit The Food ???? District too!
