Great food, clean, fast. Has octopus balls which was great.
Food is OK, service was decent. A bit expensive for this level of quality. I had Shio Tonkotsu Ramen and Chicken Dumplings ($24 with tax and tips). I was surprised the dumplings were deep fried. Ramen was acceptable, but not great. The soup was too heavy with a lot of pepper, probably from instant broth concentrate. Pork was unremarkable definitely from frozen, the soup was so salty and heavy that you just can't really taste anything else. They serve low quality green tea. Everything is a bit "meh". They imposed a 12% service charge on the bill. Be careful not to over-tip.
Had a great experience here at chakos and ramen. Service is outstanding, the manager Nelson went out of his way to inform us one of the menu items did not meet restaurants standards and offered us a free appetizer. The staff was extremely informative, warm and welcoming. 100% would recommend this place.
Great food... horrible service. If they had better service is definitely come more often. Please improve the way you greet customers.
I had all you can eat sushi dinner here. The atmosphere here is good. There are a bunch of food choices, some are really delicious. A bit expensive on weekends night.
