“As much as I love Tarboosh (I have been here at least 5 times), this latest visit was not a shining example. We had an incredibly indifferent waiter who didn't speak a word, and the table and the plates were dirty. When I brought back a dirty plate to them for another, they said they would replace it, with no apology whatsoever. We ordered the food, received it in a decent amount of time, and as always, it was excellent. The lamb skewer was perhaps a bit overdone, but everything is so flavourful and tasty that you don't even notice. The meat skewers and rice are fantastic, particularly the chicken. And their baklava is simply to die for. And when we were finished, we waited . . . forever. No water refills, no checks on how we were doing after the meal. So, food: five stars. Service: 1. I hope this is addressed in the future.”

“I ordered delivery via DoorDash and I got Chicken Fried Rice. I asked for no veg and extra egg and honestly it was one of the best fried rice dishes I’ve ever had! Massive portion too! They even put in a free egg roll for me too. The delivery was quick and the driver was great. Will definitely be ordering from here again!”

“I had to visit Mario's as my new favourite spot for Portuguese chicken is closed on Mondays. I was really disappointed with the lack of portions offered especially when you spend $94 on take out for a small gathering to celebrate my father's birthday. Safe to say I will stick with my new Portuguese BBQ causechicken soot. The sides are always overflowing...way better value! Felt ripped off especially for a Portuguese restaurant who are know for big portions. All the best Mario's BBQ chicken.”

“Been coming to Palma Pasta for years with my mom, Now that i am a mother myself this like a second home to me. Amazing food and very affordable too! “Liana and her team from The Kitchen catered our wedding in September and we were so thrilled with the result. Liana is incredibly confident and passionate about the food she creates...and it is delicious!! Her creativity really showed on our charcuterie table, which our guests still rave about. Our entrees were fantastic and so was our late night pizza buffet...this woman really knows pizza!! Ron ran our bar and he was great. He acted as a wonderful host for all of our guests, engaging them in fun conversation all while being responsible and accountable with the drinks and serving. Our servers at dinner were fast, professional and ensured everyone was well taken care of. All in all Liana was so warm and open with us, her team was great to work with and we can't wait to go to The Kitchen for dinner to see her again. Thank you Liana and Ron for everything!”

I decided to go with the Penne Alla Vodka as I have tried many variations of them over the years and I have to honestly say it truly is the best version in comparison to other restaurants that offer it in Bolton and the surrounding area in York Region. I was served by a gentleman named Rob and he was incredibly polite, informative and made me feel very welcome in his restaurant. I agree from another customer that this place is a little gem.
