“One of the waitresses is very nice. She translated the special as I cannot read the characters. Ordered the combos. The borscht soup was good. The noodles and fried rice were good too. “It’s a traditional family own Chinese restaurant, with regular menu and build your own noodle soups. The dining room is very spacious and washroom is spotless. The original fish broth is great without MSG. You can choose two free toppings and desert. The mango pudding is delicious! Price is very reasonable. Some friendly smiles from the servers will make this place an even more enjoyable one.”

“It's been years since I've visited the previous location at Market Village. This restaurant is much larger and brighter than the previous one. I also like the Raptors paraphernalia used as decoration #WeTheNorth. We got a comfy booth and settled on the fried chicken thigh with sausages and rice and seafood in cream sauce with rice. The soft buns that come with the soup are such a good way to start the meal. The portion for the fried chicken was way too much for me. The chicken was fried beautifully and very tasty. It was slightly on the salty side though. The seafood dish had just the right amount of cream since it mixed in well with the rice and had a decent assortment of seafood. I found that the prices are decent compared to other restaurants I've been to lately. Service was prompt and we didn't have any issues there.”

“Jerk pork and rice with ox tail gravy is very delicious. As of October 2019 they are open at noon, not 11:30. That said, I was there at 12 pm sharp and they didn't open for business until 12:30 pm. Not apologetic at all. All I got was a "we open when we're ready". 5 star food, 1 star service.”

“This place was suggested by my manager and I absolutely loved it!! I ordered buttermilk fried chicken burger and fries and they were amazing.. I loved the crispy texture of the chicken.. The Mac N cheese is another dish that’s delicious.. Also, I ordered mini donuts for dessert and I loved the freshly cooked warm donuts!! The customer service is excellent and I will definitely visit this place again!!”

“Really cozy location and relaxed vibe. It's a small restaurant, so it fills up quick and isn't great for big groups, but definitely an intimate setting. The coffee is fantastic, but took a while to get, and the small menu offers delicious, unique options. I had crab cakes Benedict and it was delicious. The potatoes on the side were crispy, and perfectly seasoned. I will definitely be going back!”

“Swiss Chalet is a staple family-friendly restaurant. Chicken is their specialty. The service was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food came very quickly on a Sunday afternoon, which was a nice surprise. As usual, the chicken was juicy and flavourful. Coffee was strong and hot. Great food value. The Christmas special was available, but we didn’t try it. If you like Lindt chocolate, then have the special, which comes around annually.”

“I don't normally eat pork, but I came with friends, so couldn't leave. Every ramen here is served with pork, in a pork broth, so if you don't eat pork, I would suggest choosing somewhere else. The service was very friendly and fast, the soup was good, and they gave me an extra egg instead of pork belly. The broth was still pork-based, however, with no other option. I don't normally eat pork broth, but did so to avoid inconveniencing my friends. The eggs did not appear to be marinated, but the yolk had a good texture. The noodles weren't over-cooked, and were nice and firm. On the whole, I thought it was fine, if limited in menu options. The service was good. Just wish there was a little more choice, or at least one vegetarian ramen option.”

“The server was amazing.. the gentleman that say me I believe the owner was full of smiles and very pleasant. I ordered the 2 eggs with potatoes and bacon.. The bacon was nice and crispy. Just the way I like it. My over medium eggs were a little to well done but still ate them up because they were good. Recieved a slice of cantaloupe.. which I didn't realize came with it or I would of asked not to receive it. Not a fan of it. And potatoes had black bits of burn which I'm good with but a lot of white and were kind of crunchy very odd. I did not eat all of them but I tried too.. This is only my second experience at a Cora's and I'm still not as impressed as I have been with my hidden gem breakfast places”

“One of the best places for Hong Kong Style wonton, beef stew, and hand made fish ball. Prices are reasonable. Every fresh and the soup is hot. Seating is basic but clean and comfortable. “Definitely a different experience for me, a friend took me there so I could experience a 'real' Chinese restaurant. Some of the dishes sounded exceptionally exotic so after ordering the spicy fried shrimp I left all decisions to him. The food came out quickly, and after a little bit of hesitation, I dug right in... everything was delicious. I will avoid trying to name the dishes so as not to butcher their names. The atmosphere and decor was incredible with the crowd participating in sing-alongs and games in between a karaoke performer on stage. the staff was very attentive and helpful all in all a great experience and I can't wait to go back.”
