I wish I could come here with my wife, father in law and sister in law. Father in law passed away and wife left with someone else, I could only come by myself. Just wanna sit down have a good meal with the folks like good old times

Try the $7 and $5 meals --it's really great for the value. The food comes out fresh. DQ is not known for food, but it is worth of a try. Everyday the store has some sort of specials on. Don't forget to try the chicken strips they are delicious!
Service is a little above average. Lack of staff knowledge but I think they are training a lot of new staff. Maybe under new management.
The great display of cakes so many selections on cakes. I think they might have hired a cake decorator. Previously, the cakes look horrible and OLD. There's a lot of selections of treats but the treatza pizza seems to be empty all the time!! it has improved a lot since the last time we were here. I think the store did a few upgrade.
Although the female washroom stall isn't so attractive with a huge hole but not sure why the store would fix with a wooden board then some sort of wall paper. It's really a bad fixer upper job!
Overall, it's much better than before.

If you get the ice cream here, it's good, expensive, but there aren't really many ice cream choices these days. Service is pretty slow and the place always has this disgusting sticky vibe like all the tables are coated with sugar (most dairy queens seem to be like this). I wouldn't dine in here. Never had the burgers or whatever they say is "fan food", I doubt it would taste that great. They do not give free ice cream to dogs like other dairy queens in small towns :( I guess they don't like dogs as much in the city than they do on the outskirts. Kind of forced to go here I guess for specialty ice cream, would go to McDonald's just for vanilla ice cream, it's only $1 in the summer.
