McDonald's

Service was quite long and unfriendly unfortunately! Food was fine though, I was just left waiting a while. A lot of racket was to be heard from the works from the back that I felt could have been conducted better or managed better!
I'm not one to get annoyed easily or to give an anywhere near negative review but the standard isn't great in a lot of aspects and needs to be worked on.

Staff are nice and friendly which is the opposite quality of the efficiency of their service. SlOooOoowest service, especially the drive-thru. Never the staff to blame, it is always the management. Wake up MacDonald’s, half of your business will go to Starbucks once it’s open.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a McDonald's. First if all the restaurant was clean, I want to stress really clean. This is clearly a reflection of the good management of this restaurant.

The food was cooked all fresh to order which is a fantastic change McDonald's is implementing across their entire chain, and it really did make a difference to the food experience. This was also one of the only times my Big Mac came out looking like the advertised photos.

The manager of the restaurant greeted my daughter and gave her a balloon and then took a minute to check in on us and even explain the new cooking process when we asked.

Even though there are other McDonald's restaurants closer to me, I will happily drive this distance again to have this experience again. To say I was impressed today is an understatement.
