Love the curry beef brisket and crab. The garlic oyster is also amazing. Another recommendation is the lamp chop. I would give it a five stars if the seating is more comfortable. The space is very tight, way too tight as they try to squeeze more tables into the restaurant than they should.

Definitely a must try. Saigon star has the best curry crab in the GTA. Their menu consists not only of your regular Vietnamese fair but boasts a range of South East Asian style dishes with Thai and Malaysian influences. The staff is friendly and personable, and service is prompt. This place gets really busy during dinner time especially over the weekends so reservations are highly recommended.

Curry crab was amazing. Piping hot and super delicious. And the waiters were absolutely efficient and kind. They change your plates constantly and ask you if you need something.

The crabs are around 65$ each but 2 crabs were enough for 6 adults.

I also suggest the Tom yum soup and the oysters which are 6$ each (but they are huge).

A Vietnamese restaurant that needs to have a reservation. Understandably why. The curry crab is a must have dish. Have curry with flat bread which makes a good combo. Had a couple of dishes and great for groups of friends and family. It's very packed and lively seating for total of 90 people.

The famous curry crab is a must eat dish. Their curry is special and tasty. However, its not freshly cooked. I believe they have precooked the crabs n just heat it up. The dishes we ordered were not hot, just warm. Perhaps is their style. the crab each costs 60 CAD .Crowded seating but good service. Free dessert after dinner.
