Swiss Chalet

This restaurant was very clean, food delicious, service a fantastic experience. Well done. Oh BTW the frys and bread was the best we have tasted in this chain

I don’t know if it’s me but literally every other Swiss chalet takes sooo long to get the food! But this Swiss chalet has very fast service and great tasting food!! Our server I forgot her name I think lily she’s a young blonde women is very nice and friendly. Loved having her as our server

Fairly consistent #familyfriendly dining.
The service is always decent, the Perogies and Wings always served warm and the Quarter Chicken meal always hits the spot.
It's not fancy.
It's not try-hard.
It's simple food that's good for what it is...and
what it is...is comforting.

Food was plated nicely and the chicken was juicy and properly cooked compared to other stores that have served it dry. Reliable service that comes during appropriate time during the meal, restrooms are clean and resectable. Following up with the bill or asking for dessert after dishes have been collected could be worked on. Overall a well maintained and above average Swiss Chalet in comparison to others I have recently visited.

Take-out online orders:
Pros: always a decent, consistent experience. We order online every now and then, and like the experience. Very easy. Food is always ready around the time you need it, so it's nice and hot.
Cons: The mixed veggies side does not offer much variety, becoming less over time. When you see the line-up and others waiting, you're thankful for the online/mobile ordering. so the con is if you did a walk-in order. Be smart and use the app, you avoid a longer wait during peak.
