Authentic Shanghai cuisine. They have introduced breakfast menu at very attractive price lately.

the environment is nice. the service is good. portions are a bit smaller. the food is a bit bland. less oil, less salt. we ordered the pan fried green onion and it was amazing. thin skin, reminded me of garden brand green onion crackers. lol

All the food was very delicious. Credits to the cook. Ordered Shanghai dumplings, pork buns, fried rice, fried noodles, fried pancake and a stir fry veggie. Portions were smaller than expected for the price paid. But food felt genuine and authentic reminiscent of finer Chinese cuisine. Service could be better though. Atmosphere and lighting were good. Seating was comfy and a fair amount of room for our table.

If you go, you must get some soup dumplings, if nothing else get the soup dumplings. The rest of the food is delicious, some dishes are a bit more oily but nothing like the levels of oil you'd find in Chinese restaurants in a food court.

Service and food are good. Steam buns are famous in this restaurant. Would come next time.
