(September 5, 2019, 10:49 pm)I have noticed from observing at a few different Pizza Nova that HAND HYGIENE PROTOCOL are NOT FOLLOWED. The cooks making the pizza will take your order, cash/debit and then go straight to kneading the dough or playing in the cheese. ONCE DEALING WITH MONEY OR TOUCHING THE CASHIER REGISTER/DEBIT MACHINE YOU MUST WASH YOUR HANDS WITH SOAP SINCE YOU ALL DO NOT WEAR GLOVES. Cooking Staff need to be more conscious with their hand hygiene.
