“Been here a couple times. The owners are very pleasant. The facility is clean. In operation for 8 years or so and counting. They produce their meats on site so it's gonna cost a bit more. The food is tasty. They also offer catering and bulk orders. All the meats are cut to order on the spot. Will come back.”

“I'd been up here from the states for a week and had one last opportunity for poutine, and they hit the mark. Shredded cheese instead of curds and the fries on their own were average, but that gravy was tip top. Corned beef was generous and flavorful but they didn't toast the rye so the sandwich risks falling apart. Next time I'd listen to the server and get the turkey club or the tuna, both looked outstanding. The chicken and rice soup was perfect for a cold winter day.”

I think prices are high in this area because there is a perception that they need to be as the surrounding neighbourhood is affluent. If you're priced low, the notion that "if its cheap its no good" arises. This is unfortunate because you can get better Italian food for cheaper not too far away. But I'll admit the ambiance and service here is top class. They're better than a 4.... lets go 4..25/5”
