“My favorite pizza. It tastes great and the wait time is ok. Be careful because right when they open the slices look like some are from the day before. They are friendly people but they will try to sell you the slices that look hours old when they only opened 10 minutes ago. I would recommend their walk-in specials but don't get a slice until after 12:15”

“Once we were seated, we were asked about drinks and said we wanted water. I should have questioned the waitress when a bottle of Evian ($7.50) came to the table. Oh well! The beef in black bean sauce was good, but the egg foo young was bland and had far too much onion. We ate less than half of it. There was a singer, who did nice renditions of Sinatra and Leonard Cohen songs, but was a bit uneven on the others songs, but overall, enjoyable.”

“EDIT: I am revising the number of stars I gave this Domino's after their customer service representative did a great job explaining what happened when I ordered, the steps they're currently taking to resolve the delivery issues they were experiencing, and providing credit on my account should I wish to place a future order and give them a second chance. I look forward to a better experience next time. The original review follows below. Do not order delivery from this location - - maybe try pick up, or just order better pizza somewhere else and save yourself the frustration and disappointment. I just had the worst pizza delivery experience I've ever had with any pizza chain, and the worst pizza I've ever had from any Domino's. I ordered shortly after 7:20 pm, and the website said it would arrive within 25-35 minutes. At 7:40 it said my order was out for delivery. After 8 pm I was wondering where my pizza was, because I live a 6 minute drive down the road from the place (I even checked google maps with current traffic conditions to get that number). I phoned to ask if there was a problem, or if the driver was having trouble getting into the building. They told me that the driver had dropped my pizza order when leaving, and they'd had to make me a new order, but that it was out for delivery now. A half hour or so later, around 8:30, I phoned again to ask what was going on and why my order hadn't arrived. The person on the other end of the phone called the driver and told me that he said he was stuck in traffic. I understand that they make multiple stops on each delivery trip, but if my pizza had *already* been pushed back to another trip because they dropped the first one and was already late enough to phone about, you think they'd go to my place first, especially seeing as it's a 6 minute drive down the same road as their location... She said he'd be another 8 minutes. About 10 minutes later, I get a call from the driver saying that he will be another 10-15 minutes. My pizza finally arrived a few minutes before 9 pm, over an hour and a half after I ordered it (three times the expected delivery time). And it could barely be counted as not cold. It was barely lukewarm. I had to warm it up in my oven before eating it. AND it was pretty terrible. The driver gave me a few coupons for free breadsticks or brownies as compensation for the wait, which I won't be using because I won't be ordering from here again. Extremely unimpressed. I could have driven 5 minutes to the grocery store, picked up some frozen pizza, brought it home, cooked it, and had a tastier and less expensive dinner in an hour less time than it took this disaster to unfold.”

“I just went to this location with my family. We had our cousins from Europe with us and were a total of 19 people. We had exceptional service from our server Ahmad. This is not the first time Ahmad has served us, he always exceeds our expectations. Our meals were cooked beautifully and his friendly attitude made us all feel very welcomed. “As I work in the area, it's sometimes very hard to find something for lunch that is home made, delicious and authentic. I generally visit Nu Panino at LEAST 4 times a week. Not only do I really enjoy their menu items but ABSOLUTELY love being greeted by Meghan which makes sure my order is ALWAYS perfect, she makes the place that much more inviting with her amazing customer service. I would highly recommend visiting Nu Panino if you already have not. Family owned, clean and the service is impeccable. again... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!”
