This was my fav place on earth until one day I said the rice tasted a bit "off" and I just couldn't eat it cuz the smell ..I've had this dish for almost 20 years so I know something wasn't right. Because I refused to pay for the entire plate he called the cops on me. Didnt even offer a diff plate or type of food or even want to listen to me. I am very sad I won't ever go back :(

When you walk into S & D Restaurant, the first impression is that feeling of home and comfort.
My friend and I were celebrating her special birthday yesterday. Chinese food was our choice. Where else could we go to eat dee-licious home-cooked Chinese food that was prepared fresh and daily?
The egg rolls were by far the best we had eaten, with a plum sauce that complemented them perfectly. We ordered an array of authentic Chinese dishes which we savored slowly.
Yummmm...what a lovely experience! The facility had a pleasant ambiance where my friend and I could talk, and not have a noisy background as some other restaurants.
The owners even visited us during our scrumptious meal to say 'hello', which pleased us.
Yes, I would definitely recommend Steve & Denny's to eat Chinese or even Canadian food! You will truly enjoy the food, service and the dining experience in Arnprior! ????

The lunch specials are fantastic, great price, good sized portions, and was very tasty! Everything was fresh and hot! The chicken noodle soup is soo good!! Our server was friendly and greeted us with a smile, we were well taken care of! I absolutely recommend it!

Friday night we had dinner at Steve and Dennis Restaurant. We both ordered the steak special. Hot pea soup followed by a delicious salad. Main course of steak, fries, veggies and mushrooms. Our steak was melt in your mouth delicious and served on a warm plate! Followed by rice pudding dessert! Hats off to the chef!! Waitress was wonderful and a nice quiet atmosphere. Check it out..you won’t be disappointed.
