“The manager of this location is the loveliest man. He is very kind and accommodating. My daughter struggles with an eating disorder and other issues. When he heard that I was ordering pitas for her (one of the things she is willing to eat), he has added in cookies and chips, free of charge. Today she was well enough to go in with me. He gave us a bag of pitas, a huge container of hummus and the dressing she likes in another container, so we can make them at home. What kindness and compassion! The food is also very good, ingredients are fresh!”

“It's in the details. For starters, we had to wait a few minutes, because our food was made fresh. My daughter, whom I'd taken for breakfast, commented on how good the food was. She doesn't eat meat, so the Beyond Meat breakfast sausage is another plus. The staff was kind and friendly. The place was clean. A little too clean (we could smell the cleaning supplies - haha!) I had to take this picture of the jams. I just felt like, wow... this is a fast food restaurant, but they really care about the customer, and the food quality. Even reading the posted note from the owner about how they'd love to receive our feedback gave me that sense that this location goes above and beyond. A great experience all round, and we will be back.”

“The food is as good as you would expect from Taco Bell. Service staff are friendly, but the only thing holding them back is speed. Do not go in with expectation of getting quick in and out service, especially in the drive thru. Average wait time is 7-9 minutes, even if there is no one ahead of you. Not much faster if you go straight inside (I have done both). As mentioned though the staff is friendly, just need to expedite a bit faster. My usual go time is between 5 and 7 in the evening, so it may just be that time of day.”

“Came here for lunch with a large work group of 12+ with reserved tables and advance notice. We only had one server but she was polite and efficient, however 2 of our group were left waiting for their food because one of the vegetarian salads was "lost" and the other accidentally given to the wrong person so they had to wait for their salads. Food was decent - nothing amazing, but good variety on the menu. Okay spot if you don't want to go to a pub or a diner, but nothing to write home about - coworkers all felt the same. Might go back for another work function but I wouldn't come here in my free time.”

“Went today with a group of 14 seniors. Service was very fast and friendly. The server Melissa was unbelievably accommodating to my serious allergies. She recommended the linguine Alfredo which was absolutely delicious. Thanks to her and the kitchen staff for making my lunch a great experience. However the one negative is access to disabled toilet, as it's a heavy door without automatic door opener. It's quite difficult to hold the door open whilst negotiating a wheelchair through at the same time. This is an important issue for disabled, for which I hope you'll consider a solution. Only down side, a large table of extremely noisy and rowdy people. Our waitress apologized several times for their behavior. It did somewhat spoil an otherwise lovely evening. “Mandarin restaurants are fairly consistent and a safe bet for a good meal. This one did not disappoint. Pretty good selection of foods and a large dessert area. Some dishes seem to be the same ones most of the time. But quality is generally pretty good. Staff are helpful and refill or cleanup quite quickly. I find prices are starting to get quite expensive especially at dinners and weekends. But the crowds are still there. Lunch wasn't too bad this last visit. Dishes could be refilled a bit faster on the buffet, but they do get refilled consistently.”
