I've been going here for the past 2 years. My children, my grandchildren & my husband just got to enjoy it too, today, for the first time. We have tried a variety of different types of foods Never disappointed. Always so fresh and delicious. Prices are fair and reasonable ????. The owner and the staff are so friendly. A real cozy comfortable setting. In the summertime we enjoy eating outside too. Having the best Kawartha ice cream. As they also have an ice cream counter. Bonus for the kids, well us big kids too. Highly recommend it. We will always go back. Hubby's first time today he said can't wait to go back. That says a lot itself. Thank you, All, for your wonderful & friendly service. See you soon. ????????.

Bianca, Chris and their sweet hearted staff are welcoming and genuine hosts. The atmosphere is clean and open. It’s got the European feels with traditional music and some retail fare for purchase if you’re looking for canned goods and preserves from the Mother Country.
Food is prepared to order, comes out rather quickly considering it’s all made from scratch and you can see when your food arrives to the table that it’s def fresh and not processed by some random corporation or frozen. Chris (owner) is super friendly and happy to chat when he’s not busy.
They serve all types of food on top of European specialities so don’t worry, there’s something for everyone.
Pricing is crazy fair for the amount of food you get: in the mornings, traditional breakfast for $7.95 or an omelet with all the fixings for $9.95.. A huge draw in Victoria these days!!
If you’re looking for a comfortable restaurant that reminds you of when people cared about their customers like family, serve decent food with no pressure to eat and run - please support a locally owned and operated business! You’ll fall in love like we did!
Another bonus? Free covered parking right next to the building (which is nearly unheard of in this tourist’s haven)! ????????????

Stopped here a few times. Good, basic food in a nice small town. Friendly, family-owned store. Worth a stop if you're on the road, hungry and looking for something to wolf down.

Good Kawartha Dairy ice cream. Menu looks diverse. Prices seem to be in line with other local restaurants. Staff was very friendly
