Delicious food definitely. Service can use some improvement. Metal fork and spoon but disposable plates. Should serve water without asking. Some grilled vegetables were fully burnt - like the pepper and onion - not edible. Promising restaurant, will look forward to improvements in a future visit.
I only stopped by to grab a kebab sandwich to go and boy was it good. It was really tasty. The minced meat inside was properly cooked and flavourful. I would gladly patronize this restaurant in the future whenever I get a chance because I want to support this family-run business. It goes without saying that the service was really good and friendly. It's evident that the owners care about the quality of their food. I hope, in the future, to see them use organic beef to eliminate exposure to harmful hormones and pesticides in animal feed. Otherwise, thumbs up! This place deserves 5 stars!
As a Syrian, I can say that this restaurant provide Syrian dishes the original authentic way. Side dishes are as good as the main dishes. We ordered the mix plate and it was just amazing. For a moment I forgot I am in Toronto. I can say it is one of the best Syrian restaurants in Toronto.
Honestly I just want to move next door to this place so I can eat here everyday. The food is amazing. The staff is super friendly as well. We got the half mix grill and it was perfect for two people. My friend got the falafel platter and loved it as well. You can't go wrong with this place.
Best kebab at a restaurant I've ever had. The mix of spices was perfect (nice cinnamon, nutmeg, sumac flavour) and nicely grilled over charcoal. A bit pricier than some places but the quality of the ingredients and charcoal flavour is 100% worth it. The grilled tomato and chili pepper included with the kebab plate were a welcome addition. While I've not been to the Levant, this was comparable to my friend's homemade Palestinian kebab.
