Outstanding food every time. Great staff too. Large wine and beer selection. It’s no secret how good Allen’s is though, so you may want to make a reservation if you plan on going during peak times or if there’s a concert going on at the Danforth Music Hall.

We had an amazing date night! Food was amazing and everything was cooked perfectly! Service was a tiny bit slow but I believe that was due to how busy it was. Drinks were amazing and atmosphere is very nice! The dessert was super tasty as well.

Would definitely recommend.

The manager was also super kind and attentive, he was great !

The back patio is simply amazing in the summer. The staff are so polite and diligent making sure everything goes smoothly to enjoy their delicious food. The menu has plenty of options and is sure to please everyone in a group.

Awesome spot! Ask to see the scotch list and then have fun. Food is great. Service is great. Atmosphere is great. Classic pub with class. The back patio is lovely - large trees make you feel like it’s a catered picnic. I will be back to continue my domination of that scotch list.

I have been a regular visitor of Allen’s for many years. They have a great beer selection, good food and decent service. I say decent only because it can be slow service. Always with a smile, always happy to accommodate, and always friendly, just slow. But here’s one of the best things about Allen’s that puts it above a lot of other places. Consistency. I went there a few days ago after not going for a few years as I moved out of the neighbourhood. I went to have my favourite meal, the burger with aged cheddar. Incredible that this burger is just as good now as it was 4 years ago. The staff also remembered my wife and I which either speaks to us spending too much time there in the past or the staff have incredible memories. Either way, once again a consistent 4 star service. Highly recommend!!
