Chop Steakhouse & Bar

Great service! Our Server (Dylan) super funny, very knowledgeable about the menu. He made each item sound delicious. The venue was really beautiful. It was a bit dim lighting wise but still nice. The background music was good but it was a bit loud at times which it might make it a little harder for people to have conversations. But overall, I will definitely go back for their lunch time slot.

Steak options are the way to go here - blown away! WOW. Staff has always been incredible & makes you feel welcome. Highly recommended.

This was my third time at a Chop Steakhouse but first time at the airport location. When my husband and I arrived, we were impressed with the decor and overall ambiance. We ordered the chicken wings appetizer, my husband ordered a NY steak (medium rare) and I ordered the Chop Burger. The wings were crispy, tender and tasty and came with a delicious blue cheese dip. The Chop Burger did not disappoint. It's been my "go to" entree on previous visits. Juicy and a great combo of flavours. My husband enjoyed his steak (said it was cooked to his liking) and mashed potatoes. Being his first time at a Chop Steakhouse he said it reminded him of the Keg in terms of food quality. Hands down the Chop Burger is the winner however in my opinion over the Keg Burger! Our server was excellent! Very attentive, natural communicator and was quick to address an issue with a request we had made by phone prior to arriving. We'll definitely visit again!

Good food with strange service.
The food is very delicious here! We got the shrimp linguine, crab cakes, and top strip-loin. All were very well made! The interior of the restaurant was very modern and had a nice atmosphere.
What went wrong was; it took a really long time for our server to show up when the host brought us to our table. She was very sweet and offered us a bigger booth !
Also, it was my boyfriends birthday and I asked the host to tell our server to bring a slice of cake and surprise him for me. She went to tell our server that and I went back to my table expecting her to show up eventually with Cake, but she didn't ?
Our server asked us if we wanted the dessert menu and we ordered a slice of cake and that was it.
I was pretty disappointed because many restaurants do this on their own without you needing to request it. I was totally okay requesting it but the fact that I did and it was not met was upsetting.
I had also written on the reservation 'Birthday Dinner' to make it clear and my expectations were not met or exceeded.
Although the food was excellent I probably won't return.

Came here last November for a company Christmas lunch. The place looked modern and well organized. The service was great with server being patient with our large group. I had this grape fruit drink which was so good the flavours have been etched in my mind permanently. The appetizers we ordered came in timely fashion and were delicious. Entree was cooked perfectly and of course was delicious. We sat there chatting and at no point did we feel rushed by the staff on a busy Christmas lunch period. I appreciate that as many restaurants want you out if you have had your food.

I hope we go to chopped again for our Christmas Lunch this year.
